ItMtD presents Royston! Intensive 7

This Intensive uses the shared center of a partnership to improve the quality of your movement, and balance your partnership without detracting from your personal balance.  The Shared Centering system expands the dancers ability to add personal styling to a dance without causing problems for their partner.  It also increases responsiveness between partners, making it easier to share musicality.  The successful student will understand  how to dance as a partnership rather than as two separate dances by people who are holding hands.

Our Intensive series focuses on building the student's technique through a combination of drills, exercises, and examples of applications of the technique.  The Intensive is designed for students of all levels in any social dance.  Students who have completed at least 2 4-week group classes sessions, or 3 private lessons, in any dance are expected to benefit from the Intensive.  Any prospective attendee can learn the drills for developing the technique from the Intensive, but should seek guidance from their regular instructor for the application of the technique if they feel uncertain of their ability.
